SCHEDULE YOUR VIEWING TODAY - House has been updated, a must see unit located in Conway.
Lawn care is included in rent.
Our process if interested in a property:
1. Call office to verify that the property is still available Monday - Thursday... (can view between the hours of 830am and 4pm) Fridays (830am and 330pm). All tenants must view the property prior to renting or have someone on their behalf do so.
2. If you qualify with the following: credit score 600 or higher, no prior evictions/criminal record, and income has to be 3 times the rental amount ($5,850) in order to qualify.
3. If you meet the qualifications, view the property, the next step is to fill out the online application including our pet screening.
4. If you are approved, all approved applicants will go for review with the Homeowner.
5. Once accepted the next step is to pay the security deposit as determined with an email that will be sent out to you.
