The Pier Conway Student Apartments are in the heart of Conway, Carolina near CCU- Home of the fighting Chanticleers! We are near good eats, fashionable shopping, and exciting entertainment. With easy access to Coastal Carolina University, The Pier is... the perfect location to walk to campus for classes, club/organization meetings, study sessions at the library, and the most exciting part CCU sports. Chants Up! But it doesn’t stop there, we are near The Coop Bar and Grill, American Tavern and the student crosswalk for a quick skip to on campus activities. Our apartment homes features granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood flooring through out the entire home. However, you unwind by getting toned in the 24-HR gym, or swimming laps in the pool or relaxing with friends in our expansive resident lounge equipped with Pier Café—you can do it all at The Pier Conway.

This was the worst roommate ever. Very inconsiderate. Never cleaned. Always yelling in the house arguing with her boyfriend. Neglects cat. Overstocks refrigerator with just their stuff and leaves little room.

They promise the world but in reality it’s not a gated community. The hot tub never works. The management is horrible. And they have refused to issue me a parking pass for 8 months despite having 30+ open parking spaces every night resulting in a 300$ tow. Rent prices doesn’t include water electric trash or parking fyi

The only additional costs you are responsible for outside of your rental installment which will have the addition of... parking and valet trash service is electric. Water is fully included at no costs to you, if you see that this is different for you please reach out to us at 843-743-2391 as the review is anonymous so I am unable to verify any confusion that may be there. Parking is based on when you sign which is why it is so important to ensure you sign early to receive items such as this. I do apologize if we made it unclear that the hot tub has been operational and we would love for you to experience the improvements.

I love it here. Sometimes it’s a little loud and I think there is quiet hours. Everything else though has been good but I just wish they’d fix the hot tub.

5-Star Review: The Pier is a College Student’s Dream!
Living at The Pier has been amazing as a college student. The apartments are modern and spacious, with killer views that make studying (or procrastinating) way better. The amenities are top-notch—I love the fitness center, pool, and coworking spaces for getting work done. The location is perfect, close to campus and surrounded by great spots to eat and hang out. Plus, the staff is super friendly and always quick to help. The Pier has made my... college life so much easier and more fun. Highly recommend!
