With easy access to Coastal Carolina University, The Pier is... the perfect location to walk to campus for classes, club/organization meetings, study sessions at the library, and the most exciting part CCU sports. Chants Up! But it doesn’t stop there, we are near The Coop Bar and Grill, American Tavern and the student crosswalk for a quick skip to on campus activities. Our apartment homes features granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood flooring through out the entire home. However, you unwind by getting toned in the 24-HR gym, or swimming laps in the pool or relaxing with friends in our expansive resident lounge equipped with Pier Café—you can do it all at The Pier Conway.

The Pier Apartment Complex is a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. The biggest draw is its prime location—being close to the water and within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options makes it an appealing spot. If you enjoy scenic views, the balconies overlooking the pier are a definite plus.
Pros:
? Great Location –... Close to the beach, restaurants, and local hotspots.
? Modern Amenities – Updated appliances, in-unit laundry, and a well-maintained fitness center.
? Responsive Management – Any maintenance issues are typically addressed quickly.
? Quiet & Safe – Despite being near a busy area, the complex itself is peaceful.
Cons:
? Parking Can Be a Hassle – Limited guest parking and tight spots.
? Pricing Is on the Higher Side – Rent is a bit steep

Nice and quiet, wish they would’ve gotten the hot tub fixed though. Stairs are killer if you don’t live on 1st or 3rd floor, because there’s no elevator. Staff is very nice and friendly.

i love living here. maintenance is super helpful and always get to my requests super quick. the office is also very helpful with packages and any questions i might have.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex! The management team is always friendly and responsive, and the maintenance staff is quick to address any issues. The grounds are well-kept, and the amenities are top-notch, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation or socializing. The location is also perfect—convenient to everything I need, yet peaceful and quiet. Overall, a fantastic place to call home!

I haven’t moved in yet but the staff has been very much helpful. I love the surrounding amenities. It’s in a good location beneficial for lots of things. I think the best feature is the turf behind the gym
