The available... bedroom is unfurnished, so you will need to bring your own furniture to your bedroom, and you will need to share the common bathroom with two other roommates. The other areas of the house were already furnished by the current tenants.
Lease Term: August 10, 2025-July 31, 2026 with individual lease.
Monthly Rent: $780.00 for the available bedroom with a shared bathroom.
Security Deposit: One month of rental payment.
The waste removal service and the yard maintenance services are included in the rent.
