If you are looking for a comfortable, safe place in a quiet neighborhood near campus and Conway Medical Center, come see us! We are just about three miles from CCU campus, 2 miles from CMC in a small neighborhood. You will have with access to a... swimming pool next door to cool off on hot days. We also have a fast lane for swimming exercise, and keep the pool open pretty much all year, heated and cooled. Hot tub available with advance notice so we can check chemicals. (Liability release will be required for pool and hot tub.)

Pictures uploaded are prior to painting, updating and replacing some furniture and fixtures. Adding pantry cabinet to laundry room- mudroom, and we will be updating all appliances. You have the option to bring your own bedroom furniture, or rent rooms fully furnished. Common areas are kitchen, laundry room, hall bath the share with two bedrooms. Primary bedroom has an en suite bath. Rent is 850 for primary bedroom with queen bed and double closet (could fit a king bed) , 800 for large bedroom off living room with queen bed, 750 for small bedroom with full bed.
The view of the pond is amazing, with a shade- covered yard and if you like to fish, you'll be in heaven. It's stocked with bass and perch, and we have fishing poles you can use. Nice little dock and walkway across the pond for relaxing lounge time.
The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home on one acre with a full kitchen, dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge. Laundry room just off the kitchen and designated parking in driveway. There is a small back deck overlooking the pond, picnic table and grill.
