Brand new apartments as of December 2025. They layouts are very nice. They hosted a block party less than a month after I moved in with free food. The move in process and my whole experience has been pleasant. The maintenance people are quick to respond to problems. The people at the desk are very nice. They gave us 2 months of free rent and they pay for Internet and the highest Crunch fitness membership (which is also a less than 2 year old gym at the mall).
