I have lived here for 5 years. I have seen improvements during that time like the painting of the exteriors, the paving of the road and parking lots, installation of more street lights, and feeding the lawns to make them look really good. My wife and I live in a 3 bedroom on the first floor and, even though I use one of the rooms as an office, we have plenty of room to have our kids, Grandkids, and Great Grandkids able to have a beach vacation. The complex is close to the beach and many other great attractions.
The ladies in the office are very professional, but also caring for the people who live here. The maintenance guys are very thorough and know what they are doing. When maintenance is needed on an apartment, the response is prompt.
This is my home and been such for 4 years. The complex is part of my home. I love going around the neighborhood and seeing the kids play and meeting and greeting people. One of the coolest things that I get to experience here is the sunsets and hearing and seeing the birds. In the mornings the birds sing their hearts out but there is a quietness in spite of the chatter. There is a bird I especially like called a Carolina Wren that says “Excuse me”. But we feed all the birds and love to see the cardinals, blue jays, and sparrows.
So I would definitely say that this is a good place to be.

Love living at the Reserve
Hubby and I just signed our 6 th lease here, Love living here, Lisa the property manager is awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful, Suzanne and the maintenance staff are wonderful, quickly answer what few issues we have had. Best place ever!!!

Great!
I have been living at Reserve for a year and it’s been great! Maintenace responds immediately for work orders and the ladies in the office are always helpful and caring. Close to everything I need and not far from the beach. Lisa the property manager is awesome. Would recommend.
