Now renting for the 2025-2026 school year. Available August 11 2025 to May 31 2026. Great location, this 2 bedroom condo is directly across from the ocean, in quiet Surfside Beach. Beautiful views from a good size balcony. Access to the beach is... directly across from the condo. Fully furnished with all appliances and utensils. There are TV's in main room and bedrooms. Rent includes cable, water, free Wi-Fi. Electricity included in rent up to a $50 cap. Parking under building. There are only nine units in the complex. There is a good size pool, with plenty of lounge chairs to sit and relax in. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other bedroom has a full size bed with a twin bunk on top. The couch has a queen size sleeper in it. It is a short ride to the college and this location gives you a chance at plenty of beach time and relaxation when you need it.
