A short walk to campus, The Ascent offers two and four-bedroom units with private baths and walk-in closets ideal for CCU students. The apartments are fully furnished featuring sectionals, wall-mounted TVs, and full-size beds. The open concept floor... plans have in-unit laundry and a half bath for guests, providing the perfect setup for any resident.

Our Ascent residents enjoy luxury amenities at the Ascent. Tan in one of the many hammocks, work out in the fully equipped gym or take a swim in the largest pool in Conway. Pick up your packages from the package lockers, play a game of pool in the clubhouse or a game of cornhole in the lawn. However you choose to spend your day, the staff at Walk2Campus wants your experience living in our community to be a great one!
