Everything from the breezeways, grounds, grill spaces, to even the restrooms are so clean all the time. I am not sure how the maintenance team Eddie and Nick do it, but I appreciate the hard work they put in to make it happen!

Landings at Grande Dunes
Resort Style Living!

This apartment community is different than any one I’ve been to before. It gives off resort-y vibes with all of the amenities. There’s even a mini golf practice green! The gym is the most equipped apartment gym I’ve seen, and has everything I need. There’s always residents walking dogs and everybody is so friendly! I highly recommend this area to anybody looking for a quiet, luxury community.
