Do Not Rent! BEWARE!

Been living in seapath for almost a year. Counting the days till my lease expires. Horrible place, fights, screaming, and no sense of security at all. Don't buy the 5-star reviews, do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. Not a safe place to live, especially with children.

I just love Sea Path. It's beautiful in the apartments and the scenery is even better. The office staff are just very kind and helpful. It's a pleasure to live here.
The only thing, more parking for handicap.
The maintenance crew is great. Very nice, and they explain everything.

Truly love the amount of space there is for a single bedroom one bathroom type of apartment! It’s more space than you think you would have for this apartment and the built in desk is a plus!!

Is a good place to live. Because seapath is located close to a lot of restaurants , the beach, supermarket and more.
